What does BACKED shipping insurance cover?

BACKED Shipping Insurance covers packages that are lost, broken, or stolen.

My tracking says my package was delivered but I didn't get it.

For parcels not received within 3 days after tracking shows a package as delivered, submit a claim.

My order is "stuck," the tracking still says my package is "in transit"

If the tracking does not provide an expected delivery date, please wait 10 business days from the shipping date before submitting a claim.

My tracking says "Label Created, not yet in system"

If your tracking says "Label Created, not yet in system" one week after your expected shipping date, please contact us to start a claim. We will consider your package lost if it has not arrived within 7 business days after the expected delivery date.

I can't find my package and/or I think my package was stolen.

My package was damaged during transit.

For substantially damaged goods, please send us a picture to submit a claim.
