Instructions

1. Unlace the sandal until you get to the buckle.
2. Make sure you have the heel sleeve oriented the right way: the interior side of the heel sleeve is the soft brown side, the interior side of the lace is the side that touches your skin (with the stainless steel stitching).
3. Then, place the heel sleeve and lace end-to-end to get the heel sleeve properly oriented to be routed onto the end of the lace.
4. Insert your pliers through the first heel sleeve: poke the plier through the slot closer to the middle and it pokes out the slot at the end of the sleeve, towards the lace tip.
5. With the pliers, grab onto the lace tip and pull until the lace makes its way through the first slot.
6. Grab the tip of the lace and pull it through this first slot until it sticks out about 2-4”.
7. Now, do the same for the second slot: Insert pliers thought the last slot through to the middle. Grab the lace tip and pull the lace through.
8. Slide the heel sleeve down the lace until it is about 1" from the buckle.
9. Reassemble the sandals.
10. Final adjustments: Center the heel sleeve to your heel position.

Your order will ship out via USPS within 3-7 business days of receiving it. All orders placed by Monday 7am Pacific will be shipped Thursday. Orders placed by Thursday at 7am Pacific will ship Monday. Any changes to your order must be requested within 48 hours of placing your order.
All sandals are made to order in our Sonoma County workshop. *Please note we cannot guarantee changes made to your order 24 hours after it has been placed*

- Priority Mail (flat rate) cost ~$7 and takes 2-3 days for delivery from ship date.
