Toe spacers are an easy way to help rehab your feet by reestablishing healthy toe splay. Our new Athletic Toe Spacers provide spacing between all 5 toes, which is especially helpful for those with big toe bunions or inwards-leaning big toes.

Athletic Toe Spacers feature a unique voided spacing design resulting in a more comfortable toe spacing experience, which makes these spreaders more appropriate than other toe spacers for wearing during physical activities, increasing the amount of time you wear them and gain benefits. You also have the option to insert material into the voids to increase the toe spacing effect as your toes begin to regain spread.

Athletic Toe Spacers are comfortable to wear around the house, or with your choice of minimalist shoes that feature a wide toe box.

We recommend nimble installation of our toe spacers to preserve the longevity of the supple silicone. It's best to avoid overstretching and/or exposing the toe spacers to sharp fingernails during installation.

Your order will ship out via USPS within 3-7 business days of receiving it. All orders placed by Monday 7am Pacific will be shipped Thursday. Orders placed by Thursday at 7am Pacific will ship Monday. Any changes to your order must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
