Our Toe Resistance Bands also serve as shim material for added expansion to our Mobility Toe Spacers.

You can adjust the width of toe spacer footballs by how many times you fold the silicone band before inserting it into the toe spacer slot.

• Quad fold = moderate expansion (This will require two Toe Resistance Bands)
