Advice: Try things that scare you. Live like today is your last because tomorrow isn't promised. Make yourself happy first.

Advice for those new to minimalist footwear, wanting to try Earth Runners:  Give them time, once you get used to them they'll soon become your favorite shoes!

Favorite athletic accomplishment from last year:  Last spring I hiked in and out of Havasupai Falls with a 38 lb. backpack on my back.

Active goals for this year:  I am a yogi looking to expand my skills, strength and flexibility. I also want to complete my ever growing list of Sedona hikes.

Parting words:  My boyfriend and I own a 1950 vintage teardrop trailer. We love exploring and everything outdoors!
